PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- ABOUT US
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Network ("the Network") is operated by Ajuda Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your membership of the Network and should be read alongside any information provided on our sales page at the time of purchase.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us before purchasing.
- WHO CAN JOIN
Membership of the Network is open to:
- Individual practitioners working in the mental health and wellbeing sector
- Organisations and businesses operating within the sector
- Students and trainees in relevant disciplines
- Volunteers and unpaid workers in mental health and wellbeing settings
- People with an interest in improving their knowledge around improving Mental Health and Wellbeing in other settings, sectors and spaces.
By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you fall into one of the categories above and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
- MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We offer two membership structures:
3.1 Annual Membership
A single payment covering 12 months of access from the date your membership is confirmed.
3.2 Monthly Rolling Membership
A recurring monthly payment. Membership continues on a rolling basis for a minimum of 12 months until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these terms.
Pricing for each option is set out on the sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to amend our pricing. Any changes will not affect an existing annual membership within its current term, and you will be notified in advance of any changes to your monthly subscription. We reserve the right to offer static prices for as long as you remain in the membership, however if you leave and then return, you may be subject to a price increase in accordance with the above.
- WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
As a member of the Network, you will have access to:
- An online community forum and member space
- In-person networking events (UK only)
- Virtual and online events
- A listing in the member directory
- A library of resources and content
- Discounts on the annual show, expo, and associated awards at the discretion of Ajuda Lts.
The specific events, content, and benefits available may vary throughout the year. We will always aim to give members as much notice as reasonably possible of any significant changes to what is included.
Membership does not guarantee attendance at any specific event, as some events may have limited capacity and separate booking may be required.
- COOLING-OFF PERIOD AND REFUNDS
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving a reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 How to Cancel Within the Cooling-Off Period
To exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, please contact us clearly stating your name, the date of purchase, and your wish to cancel. Contact details are provided at the end of these terms.
5.3 Refunds Within the Cooling-Off Period
Provided you have not already made substantial use of your membership benefits (for example, by accessing significant resources, attending events, or making use of the
member directory), we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We reserve the right to remove you from any list, directory or marketing on, or offline.
5.4 No Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, membership payments are non-refundable.
This applies to both annual and monthly memberships.
- CANCELLATION AND ACCESS
6.1 Annual Membership
If you choose to cancel your annual membership after the 14-day cooling-off period, your access will end immediately upon cancellation. No refund will be issued for any remaining portion of the membership year.
6.2 Monthly Membership
If you choose to cancel your monthly membership, your access will continue until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, after which your membership will not renew and your access will end.

To cancel your membership, please contact us using the details provided at the end of these terms.
- MEMBER CONDUCT
The Network exists to support connection, collaboration, and mutual understanding among people working in the mental health and wellbeing space. We expect all members to treat one another with respect, honesty, and care.
7.1 Expected Standards
Members are expected to:
- Treat fellow members with dignity and respect at all times
- Engage in good faith and with integrity
- Respect the confidentiality of others within the community
- Abide by any additional community guidelines communicated to members on any of our platforms.
7.2 Conduct Breaches
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership, with immediate effect and without refund, where a member is found to have:
- Engaged in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward other members or our team
- Used their membership or the member directory to engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or predatory sales practices
- Shared false, misleading, or harmful information within the Network
- Acted in any way that brings the Network or Ajuda Ltd into disrepute
- Breached any applicable law or professional code of conduct
We will aim to handle any conduct concerns fairly and with sensitivity to the nature of the work our members do.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 The Network is a professional community space. We facilitate connections, provide access to events and resources, and create opportunities for members to learn and grow together. We are not responsible for the outcomes of any relationships, referrals, collaborations, or transactions that arise between members.
8.2 We are not responsible for any advice, information, or content shared by members
within the Network. Members should exercise their own professional judgement at all times.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajuda Ltd's total liability to you in
connection with your membership shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused
by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content created by Ajuda Ltd and shared within the Network (including resources, materials, and event content) remains the intellectual property of Ajuda Ltd unless otherwise stated. Members may use such content for personal professional development but may not reproduce, redistribute, or share it externally without our prior written permission.
Members retain ownership of any content they share within the Network but grant Ajuda Ltd a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and share that content within the Network for the purposes of facilitating the community.
- PRIVACY AND DATA
We take the privacy of our members seriously. The information you provide when joining the Network will be used to manage your membership, facilitate connections within the community, and communicate with you about events, resources, and updates.
Our full Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, is available on our website. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify members with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of your membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
